Alexandra Hudas, PT, DPT, RYT-200

Team Rehabilitation

I graduated from Wayne State University with my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2021. I currently treat both orthopedic and pelvic floor dysfunctions, with special interests in postpartum female athletes. I am also a certified yoga teacher, teaching various forms including sculpt, hot vinyasa, and slow flow. I love to implement my yoga experience into my treatment sessions and empower women to lift heavy and feel powerful in their bodies.
