Alexandra Myers, OTD, OTR/L
Columbia Pelvic Health
I earned my Occupational Therapy Doctorate from Northern Arizona University in 2018 and since 2020, I've been pursuing specialization in pelvic health and pelvic floor therapy. I own an outpatient practice, Columbia Pelvic Health in Spokane Washington, serving women and men across the lifespan. Common conditions I treat are: urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, frequent UTI’s, prolapse or pelvic "heaviness", bowel dysfunction and chronic constipation, abdominal pain, tailbone/coccyx pain, generalized pelvic pain, painful bladder and painful urination, painful sexual intercourse, peri-gynecological surgery (uterine and prostate), Penile/scrotal/perineal/anal pain. I believe pelvic health should be equitable and accessible to everyone which is why my practice provides in-clinic, home-visit, and telehealth treatment options. At Columbia Pelvic Health I try my best to provide individualized and holistic care to every patient so they can return to the activities they love.
