I earned my Bachelor of Science from UMass Amherst and my Doctor of Physical Therapy from the MGH Institute of Health Professions. I have completed advanced training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and am a Certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES). I specialize in pelvic health physical therapy, treating pregnancy and postpartum conditions, pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, prolapse, and helping women prepare for birth and recover with confidence.
