I offer an array of pelvic health services for all genders, in every phase of life. Having found certain movement practices to help with my own experience of pelvic pain, led me to my Masters Degree at Cal Arts where I examined creative and political mind-body relationships. My respect for medical science later drove me to a more clinical education in Physical Therapy and Pelvic Health and becoming a Licensed PTA. I’ve been mentored by some of the top Pelvic Health medical professionals in the country and received numerous certifications through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Health Institute and The American Physical Therapy Association among others. In addition, I'm PMA certified in Sheppard Method Mat and Equipment Pilates CalArts: Masters Degree in Fine Art (focus on body in performance) PTA Licence #51192 Esthetician License #z13052 Sheppard Method Pilates -Mat & Equipment Teacher Training-500 hr PMA Approved Gray Institute of Functional Movement: -Applied Functional Science: Certified -Three-Dimensional Movement Analysis & Performance System: Certified American Physical Therapy Association: -Physical Therapy in Gender Affirming Care -Pelvic Health Considerations Herman & Wallace Pelvic Health Institute -Pelvic Floor 1-2a -Restorative Yoga for Physical Therapists -Acupressure for Pelvic Health MedBridge for Healthcare Professionals -Introduction to Female and Male Pelvic Pain -Adult Incontinence and Bladder Control: Certified -Lifestyle Medicine: Certified Additionally.
