Amanda Holmes, PT, DPT, is the owner of Unbound Physical Therapy in Denver, Colorado, where she specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy, persistent pelvic pain, and complex hip and low back conditions. Amanda works with people of all genders experiencing pelvic pain and pelvic floor dysfunction, with particular interest in complex and persistent conditions including chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS)/chronic prostatitis, pudendal neuralgia, vulvodynia, vaginismus, interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome, painful intercourse, and bowel and bladder dysfunction. She also has extensive experience treating hip and low back pain, including femoroacetabular impingement (FAI), and enjoys working with patients whose symptoms overlap across the pelvic floor, hip, spine, and nervous system. Her treatment approach combines pelvic floor rehabilitation, manual therapy, dry needling and electrical neuromodulation, pain neuroscience education, and individualized progressive exercise. She emphasizes helping patients understand their symptoms and develop practical strategies for returning to the activities that matter to them. Amanda earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Regis University in 2017 after completing her undergraduate training in Athletic Training at the University of Toledo. Her background spans pelvic health, orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, and persistent pain, allowing her to take a whole-person, movement-focused approach to complex pelvic health conditions.
