Amelia Foster Physical Therapy

I am a pelvic floor therapist living and working in Santa Cruz, CA. I completed my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Miami and began specific pelvic floor training with the Herman and Wallace Institute shortly after graduating. I have now been practicing since 2012, and am passionate about treating pelvic health and chronic pain conditions. I also utilize my background as a Pilates and Yoga Instructor as part of therapy with the goal of improving overall posture, breath, and mindfulness in addition to specific pelvic floor impairments.
