RISE Physical Therapy

Annette is a California native, born and raised in the South Bay. She received a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from the University of La Verne and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Chapman University in 2023. Annette has a background in outpatient orthopedics, acute care, and pelvic floor physical therapy. She is a certified pregnancy and postpartum exercise specialist. In her free time, she enjoys film photography, yoga, and any activity to get her outdoors.
