Select Physical Therapy

I graduated from the University of Washington in 2006 with my Doctor of Physical Therapy. I have specialized in pelvic health physical therapy since 2010. I treat women and men for bowel and bladder issues along with pelvic pain. I also treat women during pregnancy for orthopedic conditions like hip and back pain and preparing for vaginal birth. I treat women postpartum for diastasis recti, pelvic issues, back pain, c-section scars, and clogged milk ducts. I am educated in visceral work along with manual therapy for abdominal scars. I believe in an individualized treatment approach for each patient that includes but not limited to biofeedback, manual therapy, exercise, and education. I believe in patient comfort throughout the evaluation and treatment sessions with options for internal and external work. I currently treat patients in Franklin, Murfreesboro, Smyrna, Clarksville, and downtown Nashville locations of Select Physical Therapy.
