Ariel Ross received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Samuel Merritt University in 2020. Since graduation, Dr. Ariel Ross has worked in the outpatient orthopedic and neurological setting treating patients recovering from joint replacements, balance impairments, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain. Dr. Ariel’s treatment style incorporates PNF techniques, joint mobilization/manipulations, myofascial release, yoga techniques, and functional exercise in order to get you back to your favorite activities quicker. She is also a huge proponent of patient education to ensure that each client leaves understanding more about their body. Ariel is also a registered yoga instructor for the past 8 years and teaches anatomy informed power yoga. Dr. Ariel has developed expertise in working with adolescent athletes returning to sport, neck pain, postpartum rehabilitation, Parkinson’s disease rehabilitation, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, and the integration of mindfulness practices in chronic pain reduction. Ariel is currently Herman & Wallace level 1 certified in Pelvic Floor therapy and treats women recovering postpartum, dealing with incontinence, and pelvic pain. Ariel is also the Co-Owner of a Mobile Physical Therapy practice, Rooted Physio & Performance which travels to patient's homes in the Greater Columbia, MD area.
