Ashley received her Master of Physical Therapy from ECU in 2000. She has specialized in Pelvic Health Rehab since 2009, treating both males and females with pelvic pain, bladder and bowel dysfunction. She received her CAPP-Pelvic certification from the APTA Section on Women's Health and has participated in many other pelvic health classes, including "Male Pelvic Health" from Herman and Wallace and Myofascial Release classes from John Barnes, PT. Treatments may include EMG biofeedback or myofascial release if indicated. Ashley can treat many pelvic health diagnoses including, but not limited to: Stress Incontinence, Urgency/Urge Urinary Incontinence, Mixed Incontinence, Nocturia, Frequency, Hesitancy, Fecal Incontinence, Fecal Urgency, Constipation, Pelvic pain, Dyspareunia (Pelvic pain with intercourse), Interstitial Cystitis, Painful bladder syndrome, Pelvic organ prolapse, Vulvodynia, and Prostatitis.
