I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. With over ten years of experience in orthopedic and sports rehab, I now practice in central New Jersey, focusing on pelvic health for people with male anatomy. I use advanced movement science and hands-on therapy to provide thorough, patient-focused care. I have completed specialized pelvic health training, mainly through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. To stay up to date with new research on pelvic pain, bowel, bladder, and sexual health, I take part in advanced male-focused courses with Integrated Pelvic Care. I am especially dedicated to helping active men recover after prostate surgery, manage pelvic pain, address incontinence and erectile issues, and return to sports. My approach shines out because I combine: • Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) • The Mulligan Concept • Orthopedic and sports physical therapy • Osteopathic manual techniques • Exercise science and performance training This helps me connect pelvic health with advanced movement, so care goes beyond just treating symptoms and supports lasting, athletic function. Before focusing on male pelvic rehab, I co-founded the Health In Motion Clinic in the Philippines and worked with both professional and amateur athletes in different settings. That experience still shapes how I practice today. I believe pelvic health is not separate from performance; it is at the heart of it. I am focused on using proven methods, working with other professionals, and helping men regain their dignity and confidence as they deal with pelvic health issues. I’m a healing artist who brings science, soul, and just enough humor to keep things human.
