455 E. 200 S. Suite 110-F Salt Lake City, Utah 84111
Bridget is originally from the Chicagoland area and relocated to Utah in 2022. She completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northwestern University. Bridget has been practicing pelvic health since 2015 and is board-certified in Women’s Health. Bridget’s clinical practice includes treatment of all pelvic floor disorders including bowel and bladder dysfunction, abdominal and pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapses, and sexual dysfunction. She also provides pre and postnatal care, pre and post operative rehab for abdominal and pelvic surgeries and addresses pelvic-related concerns pre and post cancer treatment. Bridget strives to create a comfortable and inclusive clinic environment for clients to feel at ease with addressing their personal concerns. She is passionate about providing individualized care to her clients and creating thoughtful treatment plans that align with each persons’ unique goals and lifestyle. Bridget enjoys providing education about the human body to help her clients understand the “why” behind their symptoms and works to help people feel capable and at ease in their bodies. In her free time, Bridget enjoys spending time with family, exploring new trails and coffee shops, and attempting (mostly unnecessary) DIY home projects and very amateur gardening.
