If you are a guy with a guy issue, then I'm your guy! If you are trans, gender non-conforming, gender fluid, non-binary, etc...and looking for a safe space for physical therapy, you have found it! If you are a gal with gal issues, then again, I am here for you! My world shifted inn 2013 when it was discovered I have a neurogenic bladder with retention and was suddenly thrust into the world of urology and neurology with multiple doctors and specialists who kept coming up empty handed with a diagnosis or a course of treatment. I felt broken and damaged as well as frustrated, which was amplified when I discovered there were no pelvic physical therapists in my area who were male, they were all women. I made it my mission to train as a pelvic therapist specializing in men and transgender needs by taking as many courses as I could as quickly as I could with over 10 pelvic therapy courses as a participant and am now helping to teach the courses to other therapists.
