Dr. Chelsea founded Pelvic Symphony PT to share her passion of pelvic health with both women and men and meet where they are at in their own healing journey. Chelsea believes the body is a symphony with each aspect of the body being a different instrument that is meant to work together to play a beautiful piece of music especially in regards to pelvic health. She provides an individualized approach assessing various aspects of the body to determine that person’s driving pain to address their concerns and goals. She believes in providing quality care to restore both men’s and women’s confidence and creating a symphony in their pelvic health. Chelsea graduated in 2017 from Loma Linda University with her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) and has continued learning by consistently attending continuing education classes to provide the best care for her clients. She initially began her career working in orthopedics and began noticing the strong need and relation of orthopedic conditions with pelvic floor dysfunction. Chelsea has taken extensive classes in pelvic health from Herman and Wallace beginning with Level 1 through capstones as well as pelvic rehabilitation in athletes. She has also received the Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist certification from Corrective Exercise Solutions. Additionally, she has been certified in dry needling Levels 1 and 2 from Evidence in Motion and pelvic floor dry needling through Professional Pelvic Health Consultants. Chelsea has also been trained in treatment of men’s pelvic health, specifically male pelvic pain and erectile dysfunction from Integrated Pelvic Care. She is continuing her education to provide pelvic fitness through the teachings of Becky Keller, the nation’s leading authority in low Pressure Fitness. In her free time, she enjoys long distance running, reading, snowboarding/skiing, playing the piano and cello, and of course spending time with her husband, two boys, dog and cat.
