At the Performance Medicine Institute, we offer a comprehensive Pelvic Health Program that is based on extensive clinical trials and scientific research. We utilize our expertise in neuroscience, connective tissue therapy, and endocrinology to treat muscle, tendon, bone, vascular, nerve and hormonal disorders of the pelvis. This includes erectile dysfunction, pelvic pain, pelvic muscle injuries, incontinence, pubalgia, hard flaccid syndrome, penile fractures, prostatitis, urinary retention, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), sports hernias, Peyronie's disease, groin pain, proctalgia fugax, coccydynia, and others. We also help patients who have had prostate or bladder cancer surgery improve pelvic and erectile function, and treat any lasting chronic pain. We work closely with urologists in coordinating surgical and post-operative care. Our practice includes both rehabilitation and medical management of pelvic floor conditions, including medication management, regenerative therapies, and interventional procedures.
