Dr. Conchita Sayago, PT, DPT, earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at El Paso and University of Texas at El Paso and completed her Masters in Physical Therapy in 2008. In 2013, she and her young family moved to Houston, and in 2015, she furthered her studies and received her transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas Women’s University in Houston. She has over 14 years of clinical experience assisting people with a variety of neurological disorders, ortho-pelvic and other musculoskeletal conditions. Conchita’s pelvic health interest began while working with patients with spinal cord injuries and strokes. It wasn’t until she suffered from a neurological condition and experienced her own pelvic health dysfunction that she realized the need to connect the neurological and the ortho-pelvic floor treatment. Conchita has a particular interest in areas of post-partum and helping those with neurological conditions suffering from pelvic floor dysfunction. Conchita has done course work through the American Physical Therapy Association Pelvic Health Section.
