Cris Dervin Fedalizo is a licensed physical therapist, Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, and one of the few male providers in the field of men’s pelvic health. He is the founder of Artizo LLC, a mobile and private physical therapy practice based in Northern Virginia, dedicated to helping men regain control of their health, restore confidence, and live full lives without the limitations of pelvic floor issues. With over a decade of experience in rehabilitation, orthopedics, and pelvic health, Cris has worked with a wide range of patients — from athletes striving to enhance performance, to men recovering from prostate cancer treatment, chronic pelvic pain, or incontinence. His approach is hands-on, evidence-based, and personalized, blending advanced orthopedic training with specialized pelvic floor expertise. For Cris, this work is deeply personal. After losing his father during the COVID-19 pandemic, he committed himself to honoring his father’s legacy by serving men in need of care that is often overlooked or difficult to talk about. Every client he sees is treated as someone’s father, brother, partner, or friend — deserving of care that restores strength, dignity, and peace of mind. At Artizo, Cris provides one-on-one, private, and discreet care tailored to each individual. He emphasizes clear education, practical guidance, and full-body recovery — addressing not only the pelvic floor, but also the hips, spine, core, lifestyle habits, nutrition, and emotional resilience that support long-term results. Today, Cris is recognized in the Northern Virginia region as a trusted leader and advocate for men’s health. His mission through Artizo is simple yet powerful: to help men thrive — above and below the belt.
