With flexible programs and scheduling, The Mobile Mommy PT is also able to bring exceptional 1-on-1 care for new moms to their home, or provide virtual services, so they do not have to worry about taking time off work or finding a babysitter just to go to therapy. Each new program starts with a discovery call to better understand your specific needs. Then, you collaborate with your practitioner to create a rehabilitation or wellness plan that will help you reconnect to your body's core power to overcome pain, improve your mobility, and regain control over your life. ​ A note from Dr. Brie: I decided to specialize in Pelvic Health after my own experience being pregnant with my first child. Despite all my past experience with fitness, I felt completely unprepared for how the pain and physical stress carrying a child would impact my life. I got tired of bringing my concerns to my doctor and hearing "of course you're in pain baby... you're pregnant!" Three years later, I was able to breeze through pregnancy with my twins just to get blind-sighted again by "the fourth trimester" and the lack of priority birthing individuals receive after leaving the hospital. Again, I was thankful for this experience as it blessed me with my true passion, and as such, birthed The Mobile Mommy PT.
