Dr. Tarr is a dedicated pelvic floor specialist with a passion for empowering underserved communities and providing top-notch care for both women and men. She earned her Herman & Wallace certification while still in school, knowing from day one that pelvic health was her calling. As the first at FIU to create and complete a pelvic floor rotation, Dr. Tarr paved the way for future clinicians to pursue this essential specialty. Previously, she's championed the Pelvic Floor Program at Mercy HCA Hospital, where she collaborates closely with OB-GYNs, urologists, pelvic pain specialists, and urogynecologists to ensure her patients received holistic, effective treatment. Dr. Tarr has successfully treated thousands of patients, offering tailored interventions that achieve remarkable results across a wide range of complex diagnoses. She's also proud to provide compassionate, respectful care to the LGBTQ+ community, with a treatment approach that's both inclusive and informed. And while her work means the world, her most important role is being mom to her adventurous 3-year-old; her true source of inspiration every day.
