Eileen Coughenour, DPT, CLT

Eileen graduated with her Bachelors in Kinesiology from Kansas State University in 2009, and graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from The University of Kansas Medical Center in 2012. She is also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, 2016. She has worked at The University of Kansas Health System since graduation, with extensive experience in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient lymphedema therapy specializing in patients with cancer, and now pelvic rehabilitation. She has been published for research with CVA and vascular health with exercise intervention, and innovative acute care mobility programs, which were presented at local forums. She has also presented at Turning Point. Eileen thrives on the energy from her children, enjoys playing outside with them, her husband, and dog. She is a triathlete, gardener, book lover and traveler.
