Eliza obtained her Physical Therapy degree from Marquette University in 1994. Since graduation she has pursued many opportunities in PT, including hospital in patient, skilled nursing homes, psychiatric facilities, home health, pediatric facilities, and outpatient clinics. In every setting, she pursued specialties in pelvic health, oncology, and orthopedics. In 1995 she started treating obstetrics patients and found a love of women's health therapy. The need to keep learning lead her to exclusive training in both women's and men's health issues, with an emphasis on pelvic rehab. In 2004, Eliza opened a private practice so she could direct her patients with natural wellness initiatives, custom treatment plans, and advanced modalities. She was one of the first ABPTS Board Certified Women's Health Clinical Specialists (WCS) in the country. She has continued to expand her skills by attending advanced classes in both women's and men's health, visceral manipulation, bowel and bladder health, Integrative Dry Needling, Rock Tape, many manual therapy modalities, and integrative nutrition and functional medicine. In 2021 she expanded her clinic into Inspirit Wellness Center-- a holistic center with multiple specialists working together to help people live their best lives
