Elizabeth graduated from the University of St Augustine for Health Sciences in 2012. She has been practicing pelvic floor rehab since 2015 and recently started a pelvic floor program in the Central Valley. She is passionate about helping men and women with pelvic pain, incontinence, pregnancy and post partum population and other pelvic floor dysfunctions that are “common” but not “normal”. She has continued her education through Herman and Wallace pelvic floor level 1, 2A and 2B courses and plans on sitting for the Pelvic Rehab Practitioner Certification in 2020. She teaches pelvic rehab community education courses and teaches at the University of St Augustine for Health Sciences.
