Evergreen Pelvic Health and Wellness
Hi, I’m Dr. Emily Caldwell (She/Her). I grew up in Colorado, spent my college and grad school years in Chicago, and earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Northwestern University in 2010. I now call Portland home, where I enjoy hiking, baking, and spending time with my family and two young daughters. I founded Evergreen Pelvic to offer compassionate, personalized care for pelvic floor dysfunction, a field I’m deeply passionate about. I am orthopaedic residency trained, certified in Pelvic Rehabilitation, and dedicated to helping you achieve lasting relief and improved wellness. I treat all genders and types of pelvic floor dysfunction from a whole-body approach. Your health matters to me—let’s work together to reach your goals.
