I'm a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist who specializes in treating repetitive stress injuries, complex orthopedic injuries, and post-operative care following sports-related procedures like ACL reconstruction, labral repairs of hip/shoulder, lumbar and cervical spine pain, and postural abnormalities. After experiencing the medical system firsthand during childbirth I came to realization that pelvic health is really underserved with little to no awareness amongst women. I've since focused on improving not only my health but serving other women perinatally and beyond. I integrate my passion for orthopedics and pelvic health in treating patients with personalized plan of care. I'm also an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
