I am a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and Pelvic Health Specialist. I own a speciality pelvic health practice called Awake Pelvic Health & Wellness in Woodbury, MN. I am also a registered yoga instructor, and take a holistic approach to treating patients. I currently treat a wide range of pelvic floor conditions including chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, pregnancy and postpartum, men's pelvic health, GI dysfunction, and tailbone pain.
