Heather Barnes Wellness
Hello There! I’m Heather, a pelvic floor physical therapist with a passion for women’s health and fitness. I’ve been a physical therapist for over a decade and have worked with a variety of patients from a (brief) stint in pediatrics to stroke rehab, orthopedics, to finally where I am now, specializing in women’s health. In 2022 I became Board Certified in Orthopedics and in 2025 became Board Certified in Women’s Health. I am so lucky to be where I am and to have the opportunities to work with patients. I currently reside and practice in the beautiful Bay Area but am an East Coast transplant. When I am not in the clinic, you can find me hiking with my hubs and pup on any of the nearby trails and beaches. You will also likely find me at a local coffee shop as coffee is another one of my passions. On the rare occasion I slow down, I love a good yoga class and even used to teach! I love to weave in my previous yoga teaching experiences into my practice. I look forward to bringing my energy and expert guidance into your sessions.
