Hilary received her Occupational Therapy degree from Boston University. She has practiced in Hawaii as a licensed OT since 2007, working in variety of settings until coming upon her passion- working with pregnant and postpartum women through pelvic floor therapy and birth coaching. Hilary has completed a variety of pelvic floor therapy trainings including courses through Herman and Wallace, Birth Healing Institute, The Functional Pelvis, among others. Hilary provides holsitic approach to pelvic floor therapy with a strong emphasis on functional healing and prevention of common pelvic health conditions.
