Jiayi Cai, PT, DPT
MORE Physical Therapy
Jiayi Cai (Crystal) was inspired to pursue a career in physical therapy by her passion for helping others heal and regain their independence. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from North Park University in 2018, and later obtained her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northwestern University in 2022. Originally from China, Crystal is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese, which allows her to connect with a diverse patient population. Crystal is currently treating patients with sports injury, vestibular dysfunctions, neurological disorders, post orthopedic operative care, and pelvic health. Crystal joined MORE in 2025 and currently serves as a staff clinician at our Willow Glen clinic. She finds deep fulfillment in walking alongside her patients, offering guidance and support throughout their recovery journey—an experience she describes as the most rewarding part of her work and the core reason she chose this profession. Outside the clinic, Crystal enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and exploring the world through photography.
