I help active individuals achieve their biggest goals without limitation from pelvic floor dysfunction. I utilize a fitness forward approach to care, meaning that fitness in all of its forms is integral to overcoming pain and injury in the clinic, as well as keeping injuries from recurring while living a life resilient to chronic disease and deconditioning. My specialities include working with individuals in the pregnancy and postpartum period, fitness athletes (CrossFit, olympic lifting, power lifting, boot camp, HIIT functional training), endurance athletes, swimmers, and performing artists. I have completed my H&W Pelvic Floor L1, as well as completed the ICE Certification in Pelvic health through the Institute of Clinical Excellence. Outside of the clinic, I have several years of experience coaching CrossFit, olympic lifting, powerlifting, and swimming and enjoy bridging the gap between performance and rehabilitation. I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Ithaca College, as well as dual undergraduate degrees in Music (flute) and Science. I work in sports performance orthopedic rehabilitation with a focus on pelvic health and treat incontinence, diastasis rectus abdominus, pelvic pain, sexual dysfunction, prolapse, urinary urgency, painful bladder syndrome, pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain, and provide birth preparation services. I also enjoy working with pregnant individuals for exercise counseling.
