Julie Christine Millar, PT, DPT
Intermountain Health

I earned my doctorate in physical therapy in 2013 from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical campus. I am a physical therapist and Pilates instructor specializing in pelvic floor rehabilitation and general orthopedic care. I treat adults with both male and female anatomy and have taken extensive continuing education in pelvic rehabilitation. My training includes education in the treatment of pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction (including urinary incontinence), pelvic organ prolapse, post-prostatectomy incontinence, pudendal neuralgia, and pre and post partum care. I am also trained as a comprehensive Pilates instructor through Balanced Body Pilates, which I incorporate in my treatment. I use a variety of modalities including biofeedback, Pilates-based rehabilitation, trigger point dry needling, neuromodulation, and manual therapy to provide excellent care. I enjoy working with adults of all abilities and skill levels and am passionate about teaching better movement mechanics to keep you active and independent. I can be found practicing out of the Central Park clinic with Intermountain Health.
