Julie Cortina received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona. Prior to graduate school, she attended The University of Minnesota where she competed in collegiate gymnastics. After graduate school and going through 2 pregnancies herself, she developed a passion for women's health and pursued a certification specializing in Women's Health and Pelvic Rehab from the Herman and Wallace Institute. Her goal is to empower and teach women how strong their bodies are, and that they can continue to do the things they enjoy doing, even after babies.
