Kara graduated with her Doctorate in physical therapy from Georgia State University in 2012. She is currently practicing pelvic health at SuperHuman Therapy, in Grant Park (Atlanta). She has studied extensively with the Herman and Wallace institute, and is now a teaching assistant. She teaches a course on the holistic treatment of pain for graduating PT students at GSU. She is also certified in advanced dry needling, is a registered yoga instructor (RYT 200), and utilizes a holistic methodology to treat and empower her patients.
