Dr. Kasia Gondek earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Mount Saint Mary’s University, and her B.A. from University of California, Santa Cruz. Kasia’s treatment approach utilizes functional movement and clinically proven methods to deliver compassionate and client-centered care. Kasia has experience treating prenatal and postpartum mothers, males and females with pelvic floor dysfunctions including urinary and bowel incontinence, neurogenic bladder, vestibulodynia, pelvic pain, endometriosis, dyspareunia, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, coccydynia, vaginismus and more. She also enjoys treating people of all ages and abilities with orthopedic conditions such as back, hip, knee, ankle/ foot and shoulder pain as well as pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation. Kasia received training in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and has also completed many continuing education courses on prenatal and postpartum treatment and care. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Kasia understands the impact that injury or pain can have on daily life and performance and the importance of having a knowledgeable and caring physical therapist to improve the way you move, reduce pain, and get you back to doing what you love. Outside of the clinical setting she enjoys competing in marathons and ultramarathons, is a yoga practitioner, skier, and loves hiking, camping, and spending time with her family.
