Katrina Heath, PT, DPT, PRPC, PCES, LPF-C Wellness Coach J Heath Therapy
Dr. Katrina Heath, PT, DPT, PRPC, PCES, LPF-C, is a highly experienced physical therapist with 23 years of practice across North Carolina, Michigan, and New Jersey. She began her career in 2002 at North Carolina Baptist Hospital and has since worked in outpatient orthopedics, skilled nursing, home care, and acute care. She practiced at Atrium Health Carolina's Rehabilitation over a decade before moving to Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center jump starting their pediatric pelvic floor dysfunction program. She currently owns J Heath Therapy, a mobile Pelvic Physical Therapy practice serving the Cornelius, Davidson and greater Charlotte areas. For the past 16 years, Katrina has specialized in pelvic floor rehabilitation, treating individuals of all ages with conditions such as urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, endometriosis, and bowel dysfunctions. She is passionate about helping patients restore function and improve their quality of life. She holds a Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) from Herman and Wallace. Katrina earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Anatomy and Physiology and Masters of Physical Therapy from Andrews University, followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 adorable children, attending worship services, traveling, and singing. Her personal motto is: “If I can help somebody live a better life, my living will not be in vain.”
