Kelsey Barklund, PT, DPT, PRPC
PeaceHealth Grabow Therapy and Wellness Center
Kelsey (she/her/hers) graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of Vermont in 2020. Her Pelvic Health focus started immediately after graduating with Herman & Wallace's Pelvic Function Level 1. She has since continued through Capstone and recently received the Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC). Starting off her Pelvic Health interest in a somewhat rural location made her adaptable to lower resources and creative approaches. With a decade-plus background in sports and group fitness/personal training, she uses her diverse tool kit to craft a rehabilitation plan that is tailored to each patient. Kelsey believes that lifestyle adjustments, stress management techniques, and manual therapy can be beneficial to improve a patient's quality of life. Through open communication and collaboration, she ensures that by the end of your time with her, you are confidently self-sustaining a happier and healthier lifestyle.
