I earned my bachelors in physical therapy degree of 4.5 years from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Baroda, INDIA. Then after I came to united states and achieved further excellence in MS. Exercise science from Long Island university, Brooklyn, NY. I have completed CORRECTIVE EXERCISE SPECIALIST and PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT SPECIALIST from NASM. I worked for about 2.5 years in NY in few of the most reputed companies- Hands Of Hope PT & Wellness and Jag-One PT. My continued education is in Pelvic floor physical therapy and I have completed Pelvic floor level A, pregnancy rehabilitation and postpartum rehabilitation from Herman and Wallace. since I have completed pelvic floor level A, Pregnancy rehabilitation, & postpartum rehabilitation. I have worked with patients with Grade 1 prolapse, Vaginismus, Diastasis Recti, Pregnancy related low back and neck pain, urge and stress incontinence, constipation problems, pelvic girdle pain, post partum rehab. Additionally, I have acquired certification in vestibular rehabilitation from American institute of balance. I Personally believe “Creating a healthy mindset is an investment in your overall wellbeing”. The body heals with exercise, mind heals with laughter and soul heals with joy, hence I incorporates Holistic approach in my therapy sessions.
