Hi there! I am a pelvic floor physical therapist. I got my doctorate in physical therapy at Northern Arizona University in 2018, and I have been treating pelvic floor disorders ever since. I have worked at a large outpatient PT clinic for 3 years and have owned my own practice for 5 years. I treat anything bowel, bladder, and sexual dysfunction related as well as pregnancy prep and postpartum care. I also have recently gotten certified in Somatic Experiencing, which is a type of therapy focused on the body more so than the brain. I use those skills to help with nervous system regulation to improve bowel, bladder, or sexual function. I am also a certified somatic sex coach, helping women connect to their bodies and sexual energy to create more empowered, liberated and pleasure-filled lives. I always approach treatment with compassion and trauma informed care.
