Lauren Peterson, PT
Anchored Physical Therapy
I am a pelvic health physical therapist specializing in one-on-one care for pelvic floor dysfunction in people of all genders. I provide inclusive, patient-centered treatment for pelvic pain, urinary and bowel symptoms, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, and pelvic health concerns related to prostate conditions. My approach is informed by my own pelvic health journey, which has shaped a more empathetic and respectful way of delivering care. I also serve as a teaching assistant with the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher. My work integrates evidence-based treatment with movement, breathwork, and education to support meaningful, lasting results.
