Dr. Lauren Robertori, DPT, is a pelvic health physical therapist based in Oakland and Albany, CA, specializing in pregnancy and postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, incontinence, men’s health, and gender-affirming care. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from UCSF/SFSU and holds advanced certifications in pelvic rehabilitation through Herman & Wallace, Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (Core Exercise Solutions), PNF from Kaiser Vallejo, and yoga from Yoga Vidya Mandiram in India. Known for her sunny, encouraging teaching style, Lauren integrates hands-on manual therapy, breath-pelvic core coordination, and functional exercise to help new and expecting parents restore strength, mobility, and confidence. Her approach blends evidence-based practice with compassion and a whole-body perspective, empowering clients to reconnect with their bodies and thrive through all stages of pelvic health.
