Dr. Lidiia Trujillo, DPT, PCES is a Doctor of Physical Therapy dedicated to helping individuals feel confident, supported, and at ease in their bodies. She began her career as a Physical Therapist Assistant before earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, shaping her compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. Dr. Trujillo specializes in pelvic floor physical therapy for male and female patients, addressing pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum changes, and complex movement challenges. She takes a whole-body approach, evaluating posture, breathing, core strength, hip and lower extremity mechanics, and overall movement to identify root causes and support long-term recovery. Her practice incorporates evidence-based techniques such as dry needling, visceral mobilization, and individualized corrective exercise to reduce pain, restore stability, and improve functional movement. Above all, Dr. Trujillo creates a safe, supportive environment where patients feel heard and empowered throughout their healing journey. She believes movement is a form of empowerment and that meaningful healing comes from a thoughtful, integrated approach grounded in compassion and clinical expertise.
