Renew Physical Therapy & Wellness
Hi, my name is Lisa Weeks, and I’m a physical therapist specializing in women’s pelvic health. My journey in this field began in 2006 as a personal trainer at an all-women’s gym, where I discovered a passion for helping women feel stronger and more connected to their bodies. After earning my physical therapy degree and board certification in 2013, I began treating patients with chronic pain, developing a strong foundation in manual therapy. Drawn to pelvic health through both professional interest and personal experience, I pursued advanced training and went on to work in a dedicated pelvic health clinic, followed by a leadership role as the primary women’s health physical therapist at a prestigious hospital. With over 15,000 hours of direct pelvic floor therapy and a Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification (PRPC) from the Herman & Wallace Institute, I now bring this expertise into my own practice—focused on compassionate, holistic, and individualized care. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two sons, along with baking, yoga, and reading a good book.
