I graduated from Nazareth College with my Doctor of Physical Therapy degreee in 2016. I have been working in the outpatient orthopedic setting since that time and began specializing in treating conditions related to the pelvic floor and preganacy/postpartum in 2022. I received the majority of my training in pelvic health PT through Herman and Wallace. Below I have listed conditions I can assist in treating and treatment techniques used. I work with people of all genders. A physical therapy program can be tailored to treat the following conditions related to the pelvic floor and pregnancy/childbirth: pelvic prolapse , urinary incontinence/urge, fecal incontinence, nocturia, pelvic pain, pain with intercourse, low back and SI joint pain, coccydynia , diastasis recti, post surgical scar restrictions (c-section, episiotomy, etc), dysmenorrhea , pudendal neuralgia , constipation , symptoms associated with IBS/IBD, symptoms associated with endometriosis , proctalgia fugax , nerve injuries related to child birth , hemorrhoids. Potential treatment may include the following: manual therapy, breathing exercise, therapeutic exercise, biofeedback, electrical stimulation, education on body mechanics and lifting techniques, ultrasound, taping/bracing.
