I graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from East Carolina University, I have a Bachelor's in Exercise Science from Gardner-Webb University. I am a very fitness-forward physical therapist who believes in helping people become their strongest selves in every way shape and form! I am the only OB/GYN in-house Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist that I am aware of in the state of North Carolina. As a part of Lyndhurst I am able to easily communicate with my patient's OB/GYN's and educate not only my patients but other medical professionals. Come see me to be your best self!
