Megan Rorabeck, PT, DPT, WCS
Aurora Sports Health
I treat all genders and all ages who are experiencing pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction; women during pregnancy and the postpartum time period and before/after GYN surgery; and men pre/post prostatectomy. I am a Board-Certified Women's Health Clinical Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association. Additionally, I enjoy treating the spine, which is naturally encompassed in pelvic health. I utilize dry needling, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), and cupping when appropriate, along with a targeted hands-on treatment approach. I strongly believe in addressing the bio-psycho-social factors along with dysfunctional movement patterns through corrective exercise to aid in the full recovery and wellbeing of my patients. I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Carroll University where I now am an adjunct professor for Doctorate of Physical Therapy students. I recently published a book called "Between the Hips: A Practical Guide for Women" to help promote pelvic health physical therapy and encourage women that there are solutions for their pelvic health needs.
