Misha Trotter Lind, PT, DPT, CSCS
Roadrunner Performance & Therapy
Misha began her own business in 2020, which has transformed into Roadrunner Performance & Therapy today as a way to reach women and children in their physical therapy and coaching needs. Her practice is fully remote to meet you in whatever space is comfortable for you. Misha was inspired to start her own business because she was unsatisfied with traditional physical therapy settings where little time is allowed to fully hear and educate her patients. Much of this is influenced by insurance companies and reimbursement rates, which is why Misha chose to go the cash pay, out-of-network route to best serve her clients. Misha believes the power is in the hands of her clients. She is just one provider in the puzzle to help guide you. Misha wants you to shine and be at your best! Misha grew up in Hamilton, MT where she enjoyed all things related to sports and the outdoors. She attended Idaho State University where she ran cross country and track & field. During this time, she obtained both an A.A.S. Physical Therapist Assistant and B.S. Health Science degree in 2014. She worked in various settings as a Physical Therapist assistant until she decided to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana, which she completed in 2020. Misha has worked in pediatrics all the way through to geriatrics, including settings such as outpatient clinics, schools, telehealth, acute care, skilled nursing, and coaching runners independently. Misha loves working with all people in all stages of life because she learns so much and appreciates peoples differences and similarities! Please reach out for any questions or a free consult to understand your needs. If I am not the right fit for you, let's find the best provider you need. Thank you for your time and consideration to work with me. Wishing you joy and health!
