Morgan Jacobs PT, DPT Archer Physical Therapy
My name is Morgan I am a pelvic health physical therapist working in Nashville, TN. I am a physical therapist that specializes in women's health. As a therapist, I play a part in helping women during different transitions: from pregnancy and postpartum to peri-menopausal and post-menopausal care. I believe in the power and healing effect movement can have on the body, specifically during these sometimes difficult transitions. I specialize in treatment for urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, perineal and scar mobility, pelvic pain, dyspareunia, and constipation among other conditions. I have a passion for teaching and empowering patient’s to play an active role in healing their body, as well as increasing awareness and knowledge of the female body and how it functions. I have an emphasis on working with pregnancy and post-partum care by providing further education on labor and delivery prep and helping mothers navigate the postpartum journey. I currently practice at Archer Physical Therapy where I provide one on one care and do home visits. In every session, each person will be individually evaluated and treated in a quiet, private, and safe space. In my time outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and dog, we enjoy being active and are big foodies. My training includes: The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga: Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology, Belmont University Doctor of Physical Therapy, Dry Needling Certification Level 1, and CAPP-Pelvic, CAPP-OB Certified
