Nadia received her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training from Miami University, and went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Central Michigan University. She has focused her clinical experience in orthopedics and pelvic health for all genders, utilizing therapeutic exercise, manual therapy (including trigger point dry needling) and visceral mobilization. She currently splits time between two clinic locations in Kingstowne and Lorton, Virginia.
