Forever Fit Physical Therapy & Wellness
Patricia Reynolds, PT, DPT, PCES Dr. Patricia Reynolds is a board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy with specialized expertise in pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, and orthopedic conditions. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Her passion for physical therapy was ignited during her time as a Red Cross volunteer at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, where she witnessed the profound impact of therapy on improving patients' lives. Dr. Reynolds joined Forever Fit Physical Therapy & Wellness in 2024, bringing her commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care. At Forever Fit, she focuses on empowering patients of all ages and genders through individualized treatment plans. She addresses a range of pelvic floor issues such as incontinence, pelvic pain, and pelvic organ prolapse, and supports pre- and postpartum recovery. Her expertise also includes vestibular dysfunction, post-concussion syndrome, and orthopedic conditions such as TMJ and post-surgical recovery. Dr. Reynolds integrates practical techniques, including manual therapy, surface EMG biofeedback, and therapeutic exercises, to optimize recovery and enhance functional outcomes. Additionally, she holds certifications in Adult Bladder and Urinary Incontinence (Medbridge), Orthopedic Excellence: The Spine (Medbridge), Myofascial Manipulation (University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences), and is an LGBTQIA+ Safe Zone Clinician. Outside of the clinic, Patricia enjoys rock climbing, hiking with her family, and reading.
