Dr. Paula Walsh is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced training and specialization in pelvic floor rehabilitation. She is passionate about restoring function and dignity to individuals navigating pelvic health challenges across the lifespan, with clinical expertise in postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, and sexual health. Paula currently serves patients at Foundational Concepts’ Lawrence, Kansas location, where she leads care with an integrative, trauma-informed approach. Known for her clear communication, empathetic care, and clinical precision, Paula is committed to helping each client reach their goals through personalized, evidence-based treatment. Before earning her doctorate from the University of Saint Mary (Leavenworth, Kansas), Paula served as a U.S. Army Combat Medic and later as a Combat Medic Instructor, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care, medical instruction, and leadership. Her military affiliation allowed her to live and work around the world, experiences that continue to inform her inclusive, culturally aware practice.
