My name is Rachel Waugh and I graduated from Nazareth College of Rochester, NY in 2013. I have been practicing ever since! I have extensive experience and knowledge in Neurological and Orthopedic conditions and have worked in a variety of settings including acute hospitals, home care, outpatient, and skilled nursing facilities all throughout the US.
